Expense groups and associated data are automatically deleted after the specified retention period (default: 30 days). You can set a custom retention period when creating a group. After expiration, all data is permanently deleted from our servers.

As a free travel expense calculator for private use, we only store your data for as long as necessary for the functionality of the application. After the retention period expires, all data is permanently deleted.
